At FLAKEN RECORDS, we take special care to ship your vinyl records safely and efficiently. Please read our shipping terms below.

🛒 Order Processing

Orders are processed and shipped within 2 to 5 business days after payment is received.
We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.
You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

We currently ship to:

France and the European Union

📦 Shipping Methods

We ship via Mondial Relay using two delivery options:

Home delivery
Pickup point delivery (Relay Point)

If Mondial Relay is not available in your country, we will offer an alternative carrier and notify you before dispatching the order.

💰 Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of your order.
All orders are packed securely to ensure your vinyls arrive in perfect condition.

🕒 Estimated Delivery Times

France: 2–4 business days
European Union: 3–7 business days
Other countries: delivery times may vary

Please note: delivery times are estimated and may vary due to customs, local carriers, or other external factors.

🧾 Customs & Duties

For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties or import taxes may apply. These are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the customer.

⚠️ Incorrect Address or Unclaimed Parcels

Please double-check your shipping information before confirming your order.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or is unclaimed, reshipping costs will be charged.
